We serve the finest meat we can get our hands on. We’re passionate about provenance, for example, we use free range pork from a local farm to us in the Vale of Glamorgan. You can expect the finest slow and low classics such as 21hr Smoked Pulled Pork, 12hr Smoked Brisker, PGI Beef/Pedigree Pork Texas Hot Links, 8hr Smoked Pork Belly, 9hr Smoked Pork Ribs, 12hr Smoked Beef Ribs and a whole host of equally delicious side dishes. We don’t use MSG and a lot of our cooking is gluten free.
